Non-citizen parents residing in Arizona face the reality of possible separation from their children due to immigration detention or deportation. Creating a practical legal plan can diminish the trauma of an abrupt parent-child separation and protect the legal rights of the parents.
Seminar explains the circumstances that often result in immigration-related family separation, the possible legal consequences to children when there is such a separation and how to legally prepare for a possible family separation.
